Return of Contributions

The city may recover without interest the amount of its contributions to the plan made on account of a mistake in fact, reduced by any investment loss attributable to those contributions, if recovery is made within one year after the date of those contributions. (Act 97-689, p. 1379, § 7(6.06).)
