Violations

Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor upon first conviction hereunder. Any subsequent conviction hereunder shall be a Class A misdemeanor. Any person who is convicted pursuant to this section shall be punished as provided by law. (Act 82-575, p. 1067, § 16.)
