Hunting Preserve - Violations; License Revocation

Any person, firm, or corporation who is found guilty of operating a licensed hunting preserve in violation of this article, upon conviction, shall have his or her hunting preserve license revoked forthwith. (Act 79-637, p. 1118, § 10.)
