Beginning with the next term of office, the Judge of Probate of Pike County shall receive an annual salary of sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000), payable in the manner prescribed by the county commission. The salary shall be payable from the county general fund. (Act 93–512, p. 847, § 1.)
