Convictions and Misdemeanors

Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor upon first conviction under this article. Any subsequent conviction shall be a Class A misdemeanor. Any person who is convicted under this section shall be punished as provided by law. (Act 96–613, p. 966, § 15.)
