Violations; Misdemeanor; Conviction

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this part, or the rules and regulations as may be provided by the county commission, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as prescribed by law. Each month the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Act 81–473, p. 821, § 4.)
