Additional Expense Allowance for Bailiffs

In addition to any and all other salary, compensation, and expense allowances provided for by law, the bailiffs of the circuit court of the Twenty-sixth Judicial Circuit shall each be paid two hundred dollars ($200) per month as an additional expense allowance. The expense allowance shall be paid each month out of the general fund of the county comprising the Twenty-sixth Judicial Circuit. (Acts 1975, No. 403, p. 1002, § 1; Act 81–469, p. 819, § 1.)
