Limiting Police and Planning Jurisdiction of City to Corporate Limits of the City

Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the police and planning jurisdiction of Phenix City shall not extend beyond the corporate limits of the city. (Act 2002–509, p. 1314, § 1.)
