Membership in Association of Tax Assessors and Tax Collectors

The county commission or county manager shall be a member of the Association of Tax Assessors and Tax Collectors. Any fees or dues for membership in the association shall be paid for by the county commission. (Act 95–405, p. 845, § 9.)
