Department of Public Safety to Supply Available Arrest and Conviction Records

The Department of Public Safety on request shall supply to the supervisor any available arrest and conviction records of an individual applying for or holding a license under this chapter. (Acts 1992, No. 92-597, p. 1227, §18.)
