Criminal Penalties

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a person who willfully violates any provision of Section 5-22-3 shall in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 12 months or both. (b) A person who willfully violates any provision of Section 5-22-3, when the violation is: (Acts 1990, No. 90-469, p. 674, §6.)
