Sale of Counterfeit Admission Ticket

(a) Any person who sells a counterfeit admission ticket, upon conviction, shall be guilty of forgery in the third degree which is a Class A misdemeanor. (b) A license inspector may issue citations and otherwise enforce this chapter under the authority granted pursuant to Section 40-12-10. (Act 2009-568, p. 1670, §3.)
