Bilingual-bicultural education funds.

(a) [Repealed, § 12 ch 42 SLA 1997.] (b) The department shall adopt regulations for the determination of entitlement and the distribution of bilingual-bicultural funds to city and borough school districts and regional educational attendance areas.
