Policies and procedures; emergency administration; epinephrine and inhalers

The governing body of each charter school shall prescribe and enforce policies and procedures for the emergency administration of epinephrine delivery systems by a trained employee of the charter school pursuant to section 15-157 and may prescribe and enforce policies and procedures for the emergency administration of inhalers by a trained employee of the charter school or a nurse who is under contract with the charter school pursuant to section 15-158.
