A. The board of massage therapy fund is established. The board shall administer the fund. The board shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, fifteen percent of all monies collected pursuant to this chapter in the state general fund and deposit the remaining eighty-five percent of the monies in the board of massage therapy fund.
B. Monies deposited in the board of massage therapy fund are subject to section 35-143.01.
