(1) The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing shall have the authority to:(1) Promulgate rules for the implementation of this chapter;(2) Suspend or revoke a permit for the employment of a child in the entertainment industry for cause;(3) Enter or authorize his or her representative to enter and inspect any place of employment where children work, rest, or play; and(4) Otherwise enforce and implement the provisions of this chapter.
