Maximum contributions

Ark. Code Ann. § 11-17-306 — under PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' WORKERS' COMPENSATION.

Ark. Code Ann. § 11-17-306

In the event a state agency builds a deficit which would require a contribution rate greater than two percent (2%), the state agency shall continue to make contributions at the rate of two percent (2%) until any deficit owed the Workers' Compensation Revolving Fund is repaid. In the event a state agency's experience rate exceeds two percent (2%) for one (1) full fiscal year, the state agency's contribution rate shall be adjusted to equal the state agency's experience rate, not to exceed a maximum of five percent (5%). The state agency's contributions shall remain at that level until the state agency's experience rate decreases and the state agency's accumulated deficit is repaid.
