(a) The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing or his or her designee is authorized to enter into agreements with the United States Government and any and all other state governments for assistance and cooperation in enforcing and implementing state and federal laws and projects in fields related to the Department of Labor and Licensing.

(b) (1) The department may accept payment or reimbursement for its services as provided by the acts of the United States Congress or the legislature of any other state.(2) All payments or funds received by the department under this section shall be deposited into the State Treasury, to be expended as provided by law.
