(a) Every employer subject to any provisions of this subchapter or of any rules issued under this subchapter shall keep a summary of this subchapter, approved by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing or his or her designee, and copies of any applicable rules issued under this subchapter, or a summary of the rules approved by the secretary or his or her designee, posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein any person subject thereto is employed.
(b) Employers shall be furnished copies of the summaries of this statute and rules by the secretary or his or her designee on request without charge.
