Eligibility to carry concealed handgun — Current or former judge or justice

Ark. Code Ann. § 12-15-207

(a) A concealed handgun may be carried by a current or former district court judge, circuit court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice who:(1) Is not otherwise prohibited under federal law from receiving or possessing a firearm; and(2) Is not under the influence of or consuming alcohol or another intoxicating or hallucinatory drug or substance.

(b) A current or former district court judge, circuit court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice carrying a concealed handgun under this section is not subject to the prohibitions and limitations of § 5-73-306.
