(a) There is established a Human Trafficking Operations Unit within the Division of Arkansas State Police.
(b) The Human Trafficking Operations Unit shall:(1) Consist of commissioned officers and analysts of the division;(2) Support and initiate criminal investigations of human trafficking, including sex trafficking and forced labor; and(3) Support and initiate investigations involving missing children that are considered high-risk victims.
