(a) As used in this section, “state military lake” means a lake:(1) Located on Robinson Maneuver Training Center; and(2) Owned by the State of Arkansas.

(b) (1) The Department of the Military may stock a state military lake with fish each year for a special event by using:(A) The funds maintained in the Camp Robinson Public Fund; and(B) Rental income.(2) However, the department shall not use the state's general revenue to stock a state military lake under subdivision (b)(1) of this section.
