Special courts-martial punishments

Ark. Code Ann. § 12-64-404 — under Military Justice.

Ark. Code Ann. § 12-64-404

(1) A special court-martial may, under such limitations as the Governor may prescribe, adjudge one (1) or more of the following punishments:(1) Confinement with hard labor that shall not exceed the lowest of the sentence limitations established in the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States (2019 Edition), as it existed on January 1, 2019, for the offense or one hundred eighty (180) days;(2) A fine or forfeiture of pay and allowances in an amount that shall not exceed the lowest of the sentence limitations established in the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States (2019 Edition), as it existed on January 1, 2019, for the offense or one hundred eighty (180) days of the service member's base pay and allowances;(3) Bad conduct discharge;(4) Reprimand; and(5) Reduction of enlisted persons to a lower grade.
