(1) As used in this subchapter:(1) “Owner” means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity having any interest in any:(A) Timber;(B) Land upon which timber grows; or(C) Land from which timber has been removed;(2) “Secondary purchaser” means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity buying timber from a timber purchaser; and(3) “Timber purchaser” means a person who purchases standing timber for harvest.
