Costs of administration transferred to Constitutional Officers Fund and State Central Services Fund

The incremental costs of administration of the contributions, not to exceed five percent (5%) of the Nongame Preservation Fund [abolished] during the first fiscal year of the Nongame Preservation Program and not to exceed one percent (1%) of the Nongame Preservation Fund [abolished] for each year after that, shall be transferred out of the Nongame Preservation Fund [abolished] provided in §§ 15-45-303 and 15-45-304, upon certification by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State for credit by the Treasurer of State to the Constitutional Officers Fund and State Central Services Fund, before any funds are expended as provided in this section.
