(1) As used in this subchapter, “retired judge” means a former:(1) Circuit court judge, chancery court judge, circuit-chancery court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice, receiving benefits under the Arkansas Judicial Retirement System; and(2) Municipal court judge or district court judge, receiving benefits under the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System.
