(1) The terms of court in each county in the Third Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:(1) Jackson County: On the second Monday after the fourth Monday in August and the second Monday after the third Monday in January;(2) (A) In the Western District of Lawrence County: On the fourth Monday in August and the third Monday in January;(B) In the Eastern District of Lawrence County: On the sixth Monday after the fourth Monday in August and the seventh Monday after the third Monday in January;(3) Randolph County: On the third Mondays in January and July;(4) Sharp County: On the first Monday in January and the second Monday in July.
