(1) The terms of court for the circuit court of the Fifth Judicial District shall begin on the following days:(1) (A) Franklin County, Charleston District: On the first Mondays in February and September; and (B) Franklin County, Ozark District: On the third Mondays in February and September;(2) Johnson County: On the first Mondays in March and October; and (3) Pope County: On the first Mondays in April and November.
