(1) The terms of the circuit court of the Thirteenth Judicial District shall begin in each county of the district as follows:(1) Calhoun County: On the second Mondays in January and July;(2) Union County: On the second Mondays in March and September;(3) Columbia County: On the second Mondays in April and October;(4) Ouachita County: On the second Mondays in May and November;(5) Dallas County: On the second Mondays in June and December; and (6) Cleveland County: On the second Mondays in February and August.
