(1) The terms of court in each county in the Fifteenth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:(1) Conway County: On the first Monday in March and the first Monday in October;(2) (A) In the Southern District of Logan County: On the third Mondays in April and October;(B) In the Northern District of Logan County: On the first Mondays in January and August;(3) Scott County: On the first Mondays in May and November;(4) (A) In the Danville District of Yell County: On the third Monday in January and the third Monday in August;(B) In the Dardanelle District of Yell County: On the third Monday in February and the third Monday in September.
