(1) The terms of court of the circuit court in the respective counties of the Sixteenth Judicial District shall commence on the following dates:(1) Cleburne County: On the second Tuesdays in May and November;(2) Fulton County: On the second Tuesdays in January and July;(3) Independence County: On the second Tuesdays in February and August;(4) Izard County: On the second Tuesdays in March and September; and (5) Stone County: On the second Tuesdays in April and October.
