(1) The terms of court in each county in the Eighteenth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:(1) Garland County: On the second Fridays in January and July;(2) Montgomery County: On the third Mondays in May and November; and (3) Polk County: On the third Mondays in April and October.
