In lieu of any other contingent expense allowance provided by law for the office of the Prosecuting Attorney of the Tenth Judicial District, the prosecuting attorney shall be authorized an expense allowance of not less than twenty-seven thousand dollars ($27,000) per year nor more than forty-seven thousand dollars ($47,000) per year, as shall be determined by the quorum courts, to be borne by the respective counties of the Tenth Judicial District as follows:Click here to view table.
