(a) In implementation of § 16-21-119(a), and in lieu of any other contingent expense allowance provided by law for the Prosecuting Attorney of the Thirteenth Judicial District, the Prosecuting Attorney shall receive an expense allowance to be borne by the respective counties of the Thirteenth Judicial District as follows:Click here to view table.

(b) The counties in the Thirteenth Judicial District shall pay the annual amounts prescribed in this section in equal monthly installments.
(c) There shall be no requirement that the prosecuting attorney submit vouchers to the respective counties in connection with the expenses.
