Ark. Code Ann. § 17-103-105

(1) The following acts constitute violations of this chapter:(1) Representing oneself to be a social worker or engaging in the practice of social work unless licensed as a licensed social worker, a licensed master social worker, or a licensed certified social worker under this chapter;(2) Entering the private independent practice of clinical social work without being certified by the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board;(3) Obtaining or attempting to obtain a license or renewal of a license by bribery or fraudulent representation; and(4) Knowingly making a false statement on any form promulgated by the board in accordance with this chapter or the rules under this chapter.

(4) Knowingly making a false statement on any form promulgated by the board in accordance with this chapter or the rules under this chapter.
