(a) The Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board is the Social Work Licensure Compact administrator for this state.
(b) The board may adopt rules that are consistent with the Social Work Licensure Compact necessary to implement this subchapter.
(c) The board is not required to adopt the rules of the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission for those rules to be effective in this state.
(d) For the purposes of the member state's ability to reject a rule under Section 12(D) of the Social Work Licensure Compact, Arkansas delegates its authority in this provision to the General Assembly or the Legislative Council.
