(1) The State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors shall:(1) Select its own officers; and(2) Have the power in consultation with the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing to employ a Director of the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors who shall serve as secretary-treasurer of the board.
