(a) An applicant for an HVACR license must meet the following minimum requirements. The applicant must:(1) Be an individual of at least eighteen (18) years of age;(2) Make application to the Department of Labor and Licensing on forms prescribed by the HVACR Licensing Board;(3) Specify the class of license desired;(4) Meet all requirements specified by rule promulgated by the board;(5) Pay the appropriate examination and license fees required by the board; and(6) Pass the appropriate examinations specified by the board.

(b) An applicant who fails an examination is eligible for reexamination.
