Applicants previously convicted of violations

Nothing in this chapter shall require the Department of Agriculture to issue a license or registration to an applicant who has been convicted in a court for a violation of this chapter or the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. § 136 et seq.
