(1) As used in this subchapter:(1) “Apprentice plumber” means any person other than a journeyman plumber or master plumber who is engaged in learning and assisting in the installation of plumbing and drainage and enrolled in a state-approved apprentice program;(2) “Board” means the Career Education and Workforce Development Board; and(3) [Repealed.]
