(a) The Arkansas Real Estate Commission shall establish an education program for real estate brokers, salespersons, and property management licensees to ensure that education is available and accessible to an applicant or a licensee.
(b) The education program is intended to fulfill the education requirements for a real estate broker, salesperson, or property management license and to provide real estate and property management courses intended to fulfill the education requirements for a real estate broker, salesperson, or property management license.
