(a) Except for courses exempted in § 17-42-503(b), a real estate or property management course that is intended to satisfy the education requirements for a real estate or property management license issued by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission shall first be approved by the commission.
(b) An application for course approval shall be submitted on the form required by the commission with the required fees.
(c) Requirements for course approval are determined by the commission.
