(a) (1) The Director of the State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors shall be the custodian of permanent, official, home inspector registration files.(2) The director shall maintain the permanent records of the State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors.
