(1) This chapter does not apply to:(1) A licensing entity that does not license individual workers for which there is an apprenticeship program established under 29 C.F.R. Part 29, as existing on March 1, 2021;(2) A license that requires the educational equivalent of a bachelor's degree or higher; or(3) A license issued by the State Board of Barber Examiners or the Department of Health regarding cosmetology.
