(a) The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy shall issue bulletins from time to time, informing pharmacists of important United States public health regulations, service and regulatory announcements of the United States Natural Resources Conservation Service, and decisions of the United States Department of the Treasury relating to the possession, use, and sale of nonbeverage United States Pharmacopoeia alcohol.
(b) The board shall make a written report on September 1 of each year to the Secretary of the Department of Health and to the Arkansas Pharmacist's Association of all its proceedings, orders, rules, and requirements, of its receipts and disbursements, including also the names of all persons licensed to practice under this chapter, and a record of permits and renewals.
