(a) The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy shall be fully advised respecting the eligibility and qualifications of all persons whom the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy admits to the examination and to whom the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy grants licensure.
(b) For this purpose the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy shall secure the services of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and the Arkansas Pharmacist's Association and shall pay for such service as the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy may determine, but not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) of each renewal fee annually paid.
