Revocation and fine — Adulteration of drugs

Any licensed pharmacist who shall knowingly, intentionally, and fraudulently adulterate or cause to be adulterated any drugs, chemicals, or medical preparations and offers the adulterations for sale upon conviction is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) and shall have his or her license under this chapter revoked.
