(1) The Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine shall adopt rules:(1) Limiting the amount of Schedule II narcotics that may be prescribed and dispensed by licensees of the board; and(2) Requiring licensees of the board to check the information in the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program as required under § 20-7-604(d)(2).
