(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “State Library Revolving Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of moneys collected by the Arkansas State Library from payments for lost books, use of copy machines, charges for database searches, and other miscellaneous sources.
(c) The fund shall be used by the library to replace lost books, pay copy machine costs, and for such other purposes as authorized by law.
