(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “County Treasurers' Continuing Education Fund”.
(b) The County Treasurers' Continuing Education Fund shall consist of fees from the office of county treasurer, as appropriated by the quorum court of each county and any moneys transferred from the County Aid Fund.
(c) The County Treasurers' Continuing Education Fund shall be used exclusively for the establishment and operation of a continuing education program for county treasurers and payment of expenses for attending the program, all as provided in § 14-15-811.
